- For a cold snack, just open the pack and ready to serve.  For a stronger taste, you can also dip a slice of Dried Tofu in Sesame Oil and Soy Sauce mixture.  

- Bean Curd Salad. Further slice the Dried Tofu.  Spread over or mix Pickled Vegetables with Dried Tofu slices. Add sesame oil and soy sauce mixture and top with Cilantro if you prefer. Eat cold with rice or porridge. A Bean Curd Salad can also be enhanced by adding vinegar, seaweed or your favorite vegetables to Bean Curd seasoned with sesame oil, soy sauce & cilantro.
