Stir-fry 12oz (350g) potato, 1/2 onion and 10oz (300g), chichen meat (all cut into pieces) in 1 tbsp oil. Add 1/2 jar (about 115g) Curry Sauce and 500 ml (2 cups) water. Cook on low heat until sauce thickens. (serves 4)
